Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Analyst (Contact Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage help desk analytics for HHS contact center
• Utilize CRM (ServiceNow) to track contact center performance and configure KPI reports
• Assist internal teams to resolve data export related issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience using CRM systems for tracking customer interactions
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting performance to stakeholders
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Salesforce or Power BI
• Ability to translate data into operational improvements
• Bachelor's degree or higher
