Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Pharmacy, Business, or related field required; MS, MBA, or PharmD preferred
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or pharmacy analytics
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing analytics or strategy teams
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and advanced proficiency in Excel and BI tools
• Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to translate data into business insights
