Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Architect to support the Veterans Health Administration in enhancing operational performance and healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture for EHRM reporting platforms and analytical tools
• Develop logical and physical data models, ensuring alignment with VHA standards
• Define and enforce data governance practices, including metadata management and data lineage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data systems
• Proven experience with data modeling and cloud-based data infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Deep knowledge of data governance and metadata management frameworks
• Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and modern data platforms
