Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician- Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient/provider/customer care and support
• Utilize the pharmacy computer system for patient care and inventory management
• Prepare and label medications for distribution and maintain pharmacy records

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB or NHA)
• Entry-level experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environment and pharmaceutical names
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
