• Collaborate with internal teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in SCADA and EMS technologies, with experience as a SCADA project manager preferred
• Demonstrated experience in servicing large, complex customers
• Ability to guide customers through complex discussions with strategic insights
• Proven ability to analyze customer data and draw actionable insights
• Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
