A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls, live chat, and email correspondence
• Process product orders and resolve customer inquiries regarding orders and returns
• Maintain effective communication with customers about sales, promotions, and issues related to billing and shipments

Required Qualifications

• Must reside in Wisconsin or North Carolina
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Availability to work between 7:00am - 6:30pm CST
• Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace without distractions
