Key Responsibilities

• Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits via phone and written communication
• Check subscriber plans and manage claims, messages, and other documents
• Provide timely solutions through various communication methods while maintaining a positive attitude

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One or more years of customer service experience
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
• Must be a Michigan resident with a reliable high-speed internet connection
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
