Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to build strong relationships with customers and partners while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between partners, end customers, and internal teams to cultivate trusted advisor relationships
  • Plan and facilitate key project milestones to ensure consistent project delivery
  • Monitor service usage and compile detailed monthly reports for leadership, highlighting KPIs and identifying upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2+ years in sales operations or a related role, preferably within the IT services industry
  • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Office Suite and experience with CRM systems, such as Hubspot
  • Strong analytical skills to translate customer data into actionable strategies
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
