Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive business growth and manage vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and influence category strategy
• Identify growth opportunities and lead negotiations with vendors for favorable terms
• Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure effective product delivery and promotional initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum five years of sales experience, including three years in Customer Success or related fields
• Proven success in scaling Customer Success operations in SaaS or technology environments
• Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and customer lifecycle management
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
