Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for The Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve basic issues remotely via phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues after training
• Provide comprehensive phone and email support for efficient incident and request resolution
• Document required information in the ticketing system and maintain the knowledgebase

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to type 35 WPM
• Experience with Mac and Windows Operating Systems and hardware is preferred
• 1-2 years of PC support, diagnostic/troubleshooting, and repair experience is desired
