Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Service Advisor I.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality service and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Perform member account maintenance and provide technical support for electronic services
• Maintain member records and ensure confidentiality while resolving service issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution
• Minimum 1 year of call center, sales, or related experience
• Basic to intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet performance expectations
