Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive conversion, onboarding, retention, and advocacy
• Drive delivery of conversion, retention, and upsell strategies with accountability for results
• Collaborate with product teams to provide customer insights and establish performance metrics for the team

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success or related functions
• Strong understanding of B2C and/or B2SMB customer success programs
• Experience leveraging AI for productivity and innovation is a plus
• Strong analytical ability to utilize data for informed decision-making
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
