A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative - Collector.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers to determine reasons for payment delinquency and negotiate payment commitments
• Handle accounts with speed and accuracy while maintaining professionalism
• Document all accounts accurately and respond to customer inquiries within established time frames

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field may substitute for experience
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and internet-based applications required
