Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to schedule MTM clinician interventions for eligible beneficiaries
• Utilize MTM process management systems to document member-specific information
• Perform outreach to pharmacies and address queries related to MTM topics

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a suitable home office if working remotely
• Knowledge of government programs, particularly Medicare
