Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant to help implement workforce management solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the platform, driving customer success
• Facilitate discovery sessions and manage customer expectations throughout the implementation process
• Provide training and support to customers, advocating for their needs and ensuring compliance with relevant laws

Required Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or similar environments to understand labor challenges
• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, configuring Workforce Management solutions, or Customer Success
• Retail and/or Workforce Management experience
• Demonstrated ability to align customer expectations with project timelines
• Polished communication skills and strong organizational abilities
