Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff performance, attendance, and provide feedback to management
  • Resolve escalated patient complaints and communicate with other departments regarding patient accounts
  • Facilitate team meetings and ensure training materials are updated as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or Leadership
  • Experience in Banking or Professional settings may substitute for formal education
  • Knowledge of the Fair Debt Act Law and managed care billing is preferred
  • CPC or other coding certification is a plus
  • Dialer experience is preferred
