Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Integrated Care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review medical documentation for completeness and conduct outreach to medical offices
  • Coordinate completion of authorizations for UAS Assessments and participate in planning activities with the Case Management Team
  • Manage the LTSS phone queue, confirm member eligibility, and support LTSS programs with administrative functions
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required
  • Two years of administrative office experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, providers, and teams
