Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate for a remote position in Hawaii/West.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer-submitted live chats and emails in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues related to their accounts and billing
• Independently meet targets across quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Open availability to work a 40-hour week, including weekends and holidays
• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role
• Consistent and dependable Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated workspace
• Familiarity with the Squarespace platform is preferred
• Must reside in Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon, or Washington
