Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Counselor to join their VIP Client team.

Key Responsibilities

• Creates and completes complex travel requests for VIP clients
• Acts as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations and options based on client travel policies
• Responds to requests promptly and professionally while resolving complex problems and escalations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Previous experience in travel, preferably business travel, with knowledge of fares and ticketing rules
• GDS expertise in Amadeus with 5 years of experience
• Professional communication skills
