Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales and support interactions through various communication channels, including phone and email
• Document issues and resolve inquiries related to order management, billing, and customer applications
• Process orders and perform follow-up communications as necessary to meet client needs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Previous call center experience is preferred but not required
• Experience in foodservice or foodservice distribution is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
