Job Summary

A company is looking for Remote Non-Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming cases regarding potential adverse events and inquiries from pet owners and veterinary professionals
• Document each case in an electronic record and follow up to ensure the well-being of animals
• Manage cases under pressure and provide accurate medical, health, and safety information to callers

Required Qualifications, Training and Education

• At least 3 years of experience working in a veterinary clinic/hospital in a similar role
• Ability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software
• Ability to accurately perform basic mathematical operations
• Commitment to a 4-week full-time paid training process
