Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Support Specialist to assist customers with technical issues related to their products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, particularly with heavy Android application support
• Track calls to resolution and properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
• Document technical knowledge and customer feedback in Salesforce and maintain professional relationships with clients

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Representative, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Salesforce)
• Flexibility to potentially work shift hours
• Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
