Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide remote technical support for healthcare IT applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet established support performance metrics and manage support tickets accurately
• Provide support and training for NextGen and NextGen Office applications while optimizing client workflows
• Perform Tier 1 and Tier 2 support tasks, including troubleshooting and system configuration

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare or Healthcare IT; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Prior experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and/or Practice Management (PM) systems
• Familiarity with NextGen products is strongly preferred
• Experience with CRM or ticketing systems for issue tracking
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency support
