Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with onboarding new and existing Safety Platform customers
  • Conduct virtual and onsite customer training sessions on various products
  • Maintain accurate records of project details and customer interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of Project Management or similar Customer Onboarding or Support experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong G-Suite experience and skills
  • Experience with Monday.com and Salesforce.com is a plus
  • Ability to work within multiple time zones in the USA
