Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist applicants with the submission of documentation for initial and re-credentialing applications
  • Maintain an accurate physician database and perform file audits
  • Facilitate the integration of new RHMs and communicate with applicants to meet credentialing requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Two years of post-high school education, training, or experience; an associate degree in health administration is preferred
  • One year of work experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of the healthcare industry
  • Understanding of NCQA and TJC standards, NPDB guidelines, and hospital policies
  • Experience with database management and proficiency in Windows-based software
  • CPCS and/or CPMSM eligibility preferred but not required
