Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process medical billing claims and collect payments from patients or providers
• Resolve customer account issues and investigate payment denials
• Coach and mentor new team members while maintaining documentation of coaching efforts

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Two to four years of prior medical supply billing experience preferred
• Ability to maintain a production level of 20-40 accounts per day
• Willingness to work evening shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed
