Job Summary

A company is looking for an Employer Services Specialist - Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage account inquiries related to FSA, HRA, HSA, and Transit accounts, ensuring timely responses
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Employer Groups to enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing escalations and ensuring compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible holidays and overtime
  • Experience with OnBase, WEX Health Cloud, and various benefit plans is preferred
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and other relevant regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
