Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success to oversee customer lifecycle management and drive program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own success for assigned accounts and programs while building relationships with key energy partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables and resolve issues for key accounts
  • Develop and track key metrics to measure customer performance and satisfaction, providing actionable insights
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree with 10+ years of experience in partnership development, client management, or program management in the energy industry
  • Experience managing contracts and demonstrated project management skills
  • Ability to navigate complex environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical degree or MBA is a plus
  • Knowledge of utility regulatory environments and demand response programs is beneficial
