Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Accounts Executive specializing in Retention Business Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Support retention efforts by addressing customer disconnection requests and resolving outstanding issues
• Encourage customer retention by proactively contacting clients at high churn points and offering tailored product solutions
• Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines while maintaining regular attendance and flexibility in scheduling

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have a dedicated home office space meeting specified requirements
• Minimum internet speed of 100mbps, capable of being hard wired
