Tech Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tech recruitment and learn how to manage hiring processes in a dynamic, international environment.

As a Tech Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support our team in hiring tech talent in Spain, working closely with our recruiters and hiring managers.

What you will do:

• Support in the end-to-end recruitment process for tech positions (job postings, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, etc.)
• Help manage and improve the candidate experience
• Assist with the onboarding process of new tech hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Maintain our ATS (we use SmartRecruiters) updated with accurate candidate data

• Recently graduated in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Interest in the tech industry and recruitment
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
• Knowledge of ATS or recruitment tools is a plus (SmartRecruiters, Workday, LinkedIn, etc.)
