Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or related field, or an Associate's degree with equivalent experience
• Minimum of one year of experience in full cycle recruitment and/or talent sourcing
• High proficiency in sourcing tools, including social media and Boolean searches
