• Strong experience with Ashby, including scheduling and job setup
• Familiarity with Metaview for interview structure and feedback is a plus
• Experience in supporting interviewer programs and managing documentation
• Background in TA operations, recruiting coordination, or HR systems support
• Highly organized and able to work across global teams
