We are a high-growth technology company backed by top-tier investors in Silicon Valley and Europe, headquartered in San Francisco with hubs in Seattle and London. We support remote and hybrid work, with team members across North America, Canada, and Europe.

We're looking for innovative and driven people passionate about building the future of Enterprise Intelligence to join our growing team!

About the Role:

Craft is seeking a motivated and skilled QA Engineer, with experience in manual and automation testing (we are currently using Cucumber and Jest) or ready to learn.

Craft gives engineers a lot of responsibility, which is matched by our investment in their growth and development. We are growing quickly, and the only limits to your future growth with Craft are your interests and abilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conducting manual and automation testing (backend/frontend). We value learning and growing together instead of knowledge of every specific technology

  • Work in small, empowered feature teams with teammates across Design, Product, and Full Stack Engineers to drive complex features from start to finish

  • Work closely with the designers to analyse and discuss the best practices of UX/UI

  • Advocate for modern QA best practices

  • Be encouraged to learn more about how a product works and suggest any improvements

  • As a part of a team, you always influence making decisions and processes

  • Have unlimited opportunity for taking ownership of features and improve quality in different areas

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience working as a manual and automation QA Engineer in software development teams

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, Capybara, Cucumber, Selenium or similar

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum

  • Experience with performance and/or security testing will be a bonus

  • Self-starter, independent, likes to take initiative

  • Detail and process oriented

  • Show curiosity through asking questions, digging into new technologies, and always trying to grow

What We Offer:

  • Option to work as a B2B contractor or full-time employee

  • Competitive salary at a well-funded, fast-growing startup

  • PTO days so you can take the time you need to refresh!

    • Full-time employees: 28 PTO days allotted + 13 public holidays (41 total paid days off)

    • B2B contractors: 15 PTO days allotted + 13 public holidays (28 total paid days off)

  • Uncapped sick leave so you can focus on your health when you need it

  • 100% remote work (or hybrid if you prefer! We have coworking place in center of Warsaw.)

A Note to Candidates:

We are an equal opportunity employer who values and encourages diversity, equity and belonging at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, caste, or disability status.

Don’t meet every requirement? Studies have shown that women, communities of color and historically underrepresented talent are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Craft, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we strongly encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles!
