Craft is looking for a Product Marketing Director, with experience taking Enterprise SaaS solutions to market, ideally supply chain related or risk management solutions. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of product marketing including; market opportunities and requirements, messaging, positioning, product collateral and videos, customer case studies, sales enablement, demos, competitive analysis, pricing, packaging, and interacting with analysts, press, customers, and partners. This individual will collaborate with the Product team around product launches and future product direction and with the Sales team on demand generation, product positioning/messaging, go-to-market strategies, customer journey and sales enablement. They will help define and execute demand generation/awareness campaigns in partnership with the Growth/Digital Marketing team.

Evangelist: Be an evangelist with customers, partners, the press, and industry analysts
Strategy & Execution: Own strategy and hands-on execution for product marketing for a fast-growing enterprise software / AI application company building at the cutting-edge of Supply Chain Resilience
Process Excellence: Instantiate best-in-class product marketing process and best practices including how we measure success
Partnerships: Develop unique and differentiated go-to-market strategies, including direct sales, distribution channels, and other strategic partnerships
Competitive intel: Research and stay up to speed on the competitive landscape and overall market + provide insight surrounding battlecards, objection handling, and other sales enablement content
GTM enablement: Create go-to-market collateral including: persona based messaging, case studies, demo/product videos, messaging, price-packaging, sales playbooks related to new product launches, and feature releases within the Craft platform
Analyst Relationships: Help create and maintain analyst relations and strategically engage with analysts
8- 10 years of product marketing experience within enterprise software, with a track record of strong performance and career progression.
Deep experience working in Enterprise / B2B Software, AI, or Data and Analytics solutions
Proven experience building and leading a best in class product marketing function from early stage, ideally through the scaling stage to driving the delivery of a successful solution
Highly organized, execution-focused, and operationally rigorous
Superb verbal, written, and presentation skills
Enthusiasm for a fast-growing, fast-changing, start-up environments
Highly focused on metrics and KPI-based performance
