Job Summary

A company is looking for an Audit and SOX Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise audit staff to ensure timely and effective audits
• Coordinate SOX walkthroughs and testing with finance management and external auditors
• Prepare reports of findings and recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology-related field
• 8 - 10 years of bank audit and/or public accounting experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation required
• Deep understanding of SOX regulations and the banking regulatory environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
