Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the accounting function, including team management
• Establish accounting policies and procedures for scalability and compliance
• Oversee financial statement preparation and manage technical accounting topics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in public accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting areas
• Experience in a high-growth startup or private equity-backed environment
• Proven track record of building or scaling an accounting function
