CPA Controller Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller Consultant / Fractional Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and mentor the finance team while enforcing accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Produce timely financial reports and support strategic planning and budgeting processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA strongly preferred, MBA a plus
• 7-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership roles
• Expertise in GAAP accounting and financial reporting
• High proficiency with QuickBooks; experience with ERP systems is a plus
