CPA Tax Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Associate to manage client portfolios and support tax-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, deliver, sign, and file members' business tax returns while ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations
• Mentor and provide feedback to junior tax staff, supporting their growth and development
• Research and analyze tax laws to produce accurate technical memos and present findings to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• CPA or Enrolled Agent with 5+ years of experience with S corporations
• Prior experience with signing tax returns
• Experience working with self-employed or small businesses (less than $1M revenue)
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in tax software and tools
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional workstreams
