Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Paralegal to support its Legal Team in corporate governance and entity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate governance matters, including drafting resolutions and maintaining corporate minute books
• Oversee corporate entity management, ensuring compliance with registered agent requirements and reporting deadlines
• Manage regulatory licensing requirements for Third-Party Administrators and insurance producers across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally in both law firm and in-house settings
• Strong expertise in corporate governance and entity management; experience with TPA licenses is a plus
• Proficiency with entity management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution is strongly preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
