Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel, Privacy and Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with global data privacy and protection laws across various business areas
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maintain open source license compliance
• Support the commercial legal team on data privacy, protection, and product licensing matters

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree and membership in the local state bar
• 2 to 4 years of legal experience with a focus on data privacy and protection laws
• Hands-on experience with data processing activities and privacy rights requests
• Certifications such as CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPT, CIPM, or AIGP are preferred
• Experience in a fast-paced technology environment advising on legal compliance
