Lead Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Compliance Analyst, Money.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on product and process changes to ensure compliance
• Review marketing collateral and assist with the Complaint Management Program
• Conduct risk assessments and support audits and regulatory examinations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in banking, payment regulations, or consumer lending
• Familiarity with Truth in Lending Act / Reg Z and consumer finance regulations
• Self-starter with proven time management skills
• Ability to drive the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage
