Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on U.S. federal and state regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters
• Coordinate and oversee compliance protocols in accordance with industry best practices
• Prepare and manage agreements and corporate governance documents

Required Qualifications

• Law degree from a nationally accredited U.S. law school preferred
• 5-10 years of regulatory, compliance, and corporate legal experience in financial services or mortgage banking
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws related to mortgage lending and corporate governance
• Experience in designing and tracking marketing communication strategies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
