A company is looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to support its legal and administrative team in ensuring operational effectiveness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal operations for the subsidiary, overseeing governance, compliance, and risk management processes
• Assist in developing and implementing legal and operational policies aligned with federal contracting requirements
• Support contract lifecycle management and optimize internal legal and compliance systems and processes

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in legal operations within a government contracting environment
• Demonstrable ability to implement and improve legal and compliance processes and policies
• Understanding of federal contracting regulations and subsidiary governance best practices
• Prior experience managing contract workflows and compliance programs
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with AI productivity tools
