Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to join its legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review key terms in NDAs, SOWs, and Order Forms based on customer requirements
• Maintain legal technology and streamline processes, including legal intake systems
• Manage the legal team budget and oversee the company's equity management system

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience with exposure to commercial sales processes
• Experience in contract management within an in-house legal team is preferred
• Familiarity with stock administration and cap table management
• Strong sense of accountability and integrity in managing projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
