Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead and support the accounting team in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the Corporate Finance Team and support the Assistant Controller
  • Manage full cycle accounting processes, including month-end journal entries and financial statement analysis
  • Coordinate with external partners and ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • CPA or CPA eligible preferred
  • Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel
