We’re looking for an experienced and reliable payroll professional to join our payroll team and report to the payroll senior manager. In this role you will oversee payroll operations across the US and Canada. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing while supporting cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll do: - General responsibilities :
- Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready payroll records and documentation.
- Review and reconcile payroll data from Workday (HRIS) and ADP (Payroll system), and support Finance with payroll-to-GL reconciliations.
- Participate in analysis according to Finance department questions (FP&A, Accounting team etc.)
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
- Partner with HR, Benefits and Finance teams to align payroll processes with organizational goals and ensure accurate reporting.
- Ensure compliance to internal company policies.
- Lead payroll-related projects such as system upgrades, new benefit rollouts impact on payroll, and automation initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines, cut-off dates, and approvals in alignment with local and global requirements.
- Contribute to global payroll transformation initiatives and process harmonization projects, including defining payroll production and control standards
- Train and mentor junior payroll team members as the team grows.
- Collaborate with other payroll team members on a case-by-case basis, sharing expertise on specific issues without impacting primary responsibilities.
- 🇺🇸 US Payroll Responsibilities (In-house)
- Process and manage payroll across multiple US states, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll cycles, including calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Prepare and file payroll tax reports (e.g., W-2, 941, state unemployment) and support year-end tax activities.
- Stay current with wage & hour laws, tax rules, benefits and company policies to ensure ongoing compliance.

What you need to succeed: - 5+ years of experience in payroll, with strong exposure to multi-state US payroll.
- In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations (US); familiarity with Canadian payroll standards is a plus.
- Proficient in ADP or similar payroll systems; experience with Workday or other HRIS is a plus.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills, with experience working with large datasets and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with global processes.
- Experience with payroll tax filings and year-end processes.
- Experience with equity payroll is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with working in a global, fast-paced environment is an advantage.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
