A company is looking for an UpMarket CX Sales and GTM Leader - Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and capitalize on Greenfield opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and prepare reports on team performance and sales metrics
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of leadership experience in a contact center or sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the contact center industry and market dynamics
  • Extensive experience in individual prospecting and Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
  • Able to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
