Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and cultivate a culture of Sales Engineering excellence to drive competitive advantage
• Establish and improve operational excellence models and align KPIs with Sales Leadership
• Create and develop a Sales Engineering talent program, including onboarding and career paths

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading go-to-market teams
• Experience leading Sales Engineering teams across the Americas
• Proven ability to build global programs aligned with sales priorities
• Experience in developing SE Enablement and KPI programs
• CISSP and other industry certifications are desirable
