Settlement Officers for AU Mortgage Brokers, WFH

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Atleast 1.5 years of experience in the mortgage industry specializing in AU loan processing.
• Experience in using MyCRM, Infynity, Mercury Nexus, Flex, Salestrekker or other CRM Software in the mortgage broking industry.
• Has a good understanding of IT concepts and technologies.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HubSpot
• Certificate IV Financing & Mortgage Brokering

What will you do?

• Data entry to CRM and Apply Online (AOL)
• Proven experience in End-to-End application process: Application lodgment to Settlement
• Liaising with lenders to ensure settlements happen on time, including the follow-up on post-approval settlement conditions.
• Coordinate with solicitors to carry out accurate settlement instructions
• Liaise with external parties (SMSF Agencies) and stakeholders.
• Update and inform clients of their settlement status.
• Coordinate with all parties involved in the transaction to ensure all documentation are ready for settlement.
• Delivering timely and accurate completion of settlements with a high-volume caseload
