Job Summary

A company is looking for a One-Year Conflicts Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review new matters and hires to identify and resolve potential conflicts
  • Administer Legal Ops' technical systems, including conducting conflict of interest searches
  • Coordinate with attorneys to ensure resolution of identified conflicts and maintain documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of conflicts experience or related work in a law firm or legal environment preferred
  • Proficiency in Intapp NBI and Risk or similar platforms preferred
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
  • General knowledge of rules of professional conduct concerning conflicts of interest
  • Ability to work independently and with a remote team
